Is there a free trial?
Yes. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes 1 mock interview per month at the entry difficulty level. It's a great way to try AssertHired before committing to a paid plan.
What's the difference between Contender and Elite?
Contender gives you 50 text interviews and 5 voice interviews per month. Elite increases that to 150 text and 25 voice interviews, and includes priority support.
Do you offer refunds?
Since all paid plans start with a free trial, we don't offer refunds. You have 7 days to try the full product before being charged.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
