Yes. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that. On Elite you choose one guided course to open during the trial, and the other 6 unlock on your first paid day.

Absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

The free plan includes 3 mock interviews at the entry difficulty level, and you can take them whenever you like. It's a great way to try AssertHired before committing to a paid plan.

Contender gives you 50 text interviews and 5 voice interviews per month. Elite increases that to 150 text and 25 voice interviews, adds Principal difficulty and priority support, and includes all 7 guided courses from your first paid day.

Yes. You can move between Contender and Elite at any time from your account settings. The change takes effect right away and is prorated, so you are charged or credited only the difference for the rest of your billing period. Switching from monthly to annual billing also takes effect right away and is prorated the same way. Switching from annual to monthly becomes available when your annual term ends.

Yes. The team plan puts every student on Elite for $19.90 per seat per month, billed once a year rather than per student per month. 10 seats is $2,388 a year. You invite students by email, and removing a graduate frees their seat for the next intake.
